Yahoo! Rolls Out Outdated Email

Seriously folks, who really gives a shit if you have 100MB or 1000MB. What I think really matters with Gmail is that it SIMPLY WORKS BETTER.

1. You can use keyboard shortcuts to navigate around. Yes, I'm a DOS fan.
2. It stores & retrieves emails faster/easier than Outlook when sending email - this is a plus, because I don't know anyone by their email address, and the address book in Yahoo sucks.
3. It archives 'conversations' much better than any 'traditional' email system.
4. The search function is to die for. Love that!
5. The print function rules
6. replying to email is almost too intuitive

What I really hope comes out of this is that Google sells something like their search appliance, only for email, that hosting companies can use to provide web-based email for their clients. Frankly, I've hated every single web mail contraption I've ever used, save for the Lotus Notes web mail tools, which integrate nicely with your server copy, and hold your address book and calendar intact.
