I've switched to a new, US based webserver, though I've stayed with the same host. I love these guys. I write their support team on how to switch servers and migrate my mulitple databases over and they write back in less than 10 minutes with everything I need to know, and emailed over the new account info so I could start transferring within another 5 minutes.

You just don't get better service than that from ANY web hosting service.
