I found this article today in the Hattiesburg American on guy who started his career life cutting lawn, and fixing bicycles. James Moore is now the owner of a couple of bicycle shops.

This is exactly how Dyckesville Cycle (my former business) got going back in the 80's! Actually, there were several of us from our small town that "started" it initially, but I ended up the sole proprietor of the shop at age 13, and ran it until I was about 20 in 96.
