Disengaged and Frustrated, How do we Get Any Work Done?
With a "majority" of workers (54%) falling into the "not engaged" category, meaning that they are “checked out,” and putting in time but not energy or passion into their work, and another high percentage being frustrated at work, it's amazing we get anything done with our teams. Post a comment
