Humana, a large publicly traded health benefits company, currently has an opportunity for an e-Business Consultant in Green Bay, WI. (the role is more one of marketing, and less of technical)

The Humana Dental e-Business Consultant oversees the development, usability, and promotion of Internet, automated information line (AIL), and electronic business processes.

Key Accountabilities include: Creates marketing strategies for increasing Internet and IVR adoption; Facilitates analysis and long-term planning to create new business processes that capitalize on Internet opportunities to reduce administrative cost and provide enhanced value to customers; Sets goals using e-business reports and metrics; Consults with leaders to ensure Internet opportunities are appropriately integrated; Facilitates development of business process design and implementation plans with managment representatives from all impacted areas; Represents the dental division's business needs on corporate committees established for overall corporate e-enablement initiatives; Identifies and establishes project organization, support members, and associated personnel; Manages project activities, tasks, and modifications to meet key target dates; Clearly and accurately communicates business needs with IT and business areas; Completes projects within defined release dates.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree plus 5 years related marketing experience. Must have the ability to work with a wide range of people, including leadership, IT, creative, corporate teams, and vendors. Must have experience with Internet and electronic disciplines and must demonstrate sound project management skills, and have the ability to work with multiple teams.
