Accountabilities:
Work in a team to strategize marketing campaigns that will produce optimal Return on Investment (ROI) across sales channels
Manage the group’s ownership of ROI and profitability for for marketing campaigns
Manage and orchestrate the implementation across functional areas of integrated Marketing plans that align with company goals
Produce both short and long term revenue producing promotions
Transfer business data (market needs and segments) into insightful reports and a meaningful marketing strategy
Analyze and report on market segment data from campaigns and port to Oracle system
Manage the timely execution of campaigns and meet all deadlines
Blend reporting into product management objectives
Contstruct product line sales reports with analysis
Manage the continuing improvement process of campaign results vs ROI
Experience
What you bring to the table:
5+ years of direct sales marketing experience is a strong requirement
Demonstrated experience in using data to drive successful campaigns while linking to revenue growth
Proficiency in Excel, Oracle and SPSS software
Knowledge of the education (K-12) or Library Marketplace
Bachelors Degree or MBA in Business or Marketing
Strong analytical skills, logical thinker
