Email Labs named Top 25 Application Service Provider

ASP News has named one of my favorite vendors of all time, Email Labs, to it's top 25 list of ASP's.

Email Labs is the only Email Application vendor on the list.

These are great accolades for a great company. They have been, by far, the easiest to work with and most responsive ASP I've ever come across.

Combing through the list I also noticed that WebSideStory was on there. WSS makes the HitBox web-analytics tool which provides some of the most complete cookie-based web user behavior tracking on the market. They are another vendor I swear by and have recommended to everyone

Below are some of the criteria used to select the ASP's on the list:

  • Have the provision of network-based applications and/or services as their core business
  • Have a substantial and active end-user customer base for those services
  • Be able to demonstrate proven revenue streams
  • Be innovators in the online delivery of software-based services
  • Be recognized as a leader by others within the industry
